Health Care Skill Set Cohorts

Dream Health Group, with the support of its Physicians in the DMV, will execute an Apprenticeship Program to deliver Allied Health skill sets to citizens in the District of Columbia. We will pull students from several Cohorts throughout the year and designate them for the Program. Using the baseline set by Elsevier and AAPC, we will ensure the number of completed hours in training and on job align with the industry standards to be awarded an Apprenticeship certificate. Cohorts ranging from youth (Marion Barry Summer Program), AmeriHealth Caritas Skills to Job Workforce Initiative to name a few. We want to become the Allied Health Industry gold standard in Washington DC for entry level job skill sets. We have built the relationships within this community to be successful in the task. Our relationships allow us the ability to educate and extend our students to Allied locations in the DMV for employment. We look forward to executing this program with the support of the District of Columbia.
